Data Science Research (DSR) Lab
DSR HPC Cluster
A shared GPU and CPU cluster for the students and researchers of the Department of Statistics and Data Science.
What you can do here
Work in your browser
Open Jupyter, manage your files and use a terminal. You install nothing on your computer.
Run long jobs
Send work to the Slurm queue. It runs after you log out, and the cluster shares the GPU and CPUs fairly.
Use ready software
Python, R, PyTorch, TensorFlow and MPI are installed. Open language models are available too.
